How we work

In our experience, a search takes an average of six to eight weeks to complete. Our objective clearly is to move as quickly as possible for you and our client companies, but the speed at which we achieve success depends on your specific needs as well as general market conditions.  

Every job search is different, but here’s an idea of what to expect::

Contact potential employer to discuss candidate’s qualifications and provide reference information as needed

Prepare candidate for interview

Debrief candidate after each interview, providing answers to any questions

Debrief company representatives after each interview to assess reactions, compatibility, strengths and weaknesses, etc.

Coordinate with both candidate and company to set the stage for potential job offer.  Prepare candidate for follow-up interviews

Provide company with necessary information for negotiating job offer

Work with candidate in resolving any negotiation issues

Provide candidate with relocation company contacts, if needed

Assist candidate with termination of current position
